How is your meat shipped to ensure freshness?
All orders are packed in eco-friendly, insulated liners with dry ice to ensure your products stay frozen during transit. We ship via carbon-neutral carriers to minimize our environmental footprint.
What does 'Regenerative Agriculture' mean for my food?

When will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent weekend delays. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box leaves our facility.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right with a refund or replacement.
Is your beef 100% grass-fed?
Absolutely. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives on open pastures, grazing on diverse forages as nature intended.
